Reformer Pre-Basic

This course is your starting point if you’re new to Reformer training or want to refresh your fundamentals. You’ll learn how to handle the equipment safely and effectively, along with the most important basic exercises – step by step and at your own pace.
Our recommendation: Attend this class at least three times before moving on to higher levels – for a solid foundation, correct technique, and a completely safe workout.
In small groups, you’ll receive personal attention and targeted corrections from experienced instructors, so you can begin your Pilates journey with confidence and excellent body control.

Reformer Core

After the Pre-Basic course, you’re ready to dive deeper into the world of Reformer training. In this class, you’ll refine your technique and systematically build strength, flexibility, and stability. The exercises become more complex but always stay within the scope of clean execution – with your body awareness and posture at the center of attention.
Thanks to the small group sizes, we can work with you individually and provide targeted corrections. You’ll learn to use the Reformer effectively for your workouts and continue to develop your Pilates practice – with clear progress you can truly feel.

Reformer Level Up

This course is for anyone who already feels confident on the Reformer and is ready to take their training to the next level. The movements become more complex, the pace more fluid, and you’ll learn to target multiple muscle groups at the same time.
We’ll work intensively on your body control, your core, and your endurance – without ever losing focus on precise execution.
A dynamic, challenging workout that will push you forward and deepen your Pilates practice in the long run.

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to get to know Pilates from the ground up - without any previous knowledge.
