Our studio is a place of peace and relaxation. Please speak softly and enjoy the peace and quiet with others - especially in the waiting area.

Are there any drinks or snacks in the studio?

Our Health Bar offers fresh smoothies, matcha, healthy snacks and high-quality coffee — everything you need for a moment of wellbeing before or after class.

Can I apply to you as a teacher?

Of course, we always appreciate your interest in our team! Simply send us a short application via email, in which you prove your education, including a certificate and your professional liability insurance. Feel free to tell us what you specialize in and what your passion for teaching is. We carefully review every application and are happy to get in touch if we're interested!

Punctuality = respect

Please be punctual - ideally 15 minutes before the course starts. Late admission is not possible out of consideration for others.

Can I bring my own mat?

Feel free to bring your own mat if you feel more comfortable with it. However, we also provide high-quality, non-slip mats that are environmentally friendly and should be thoroughly cleaned after each course.

Hygiene is an integral part of our company

Thank you for helping to keep our studio clean and comfortable for everyone. After the course, we ask you to clean your mat, reformer and other equipment with our natural cleaning products. A black hygiene box is available in the rooms.

Are there showers in the studio?

Yes, we have modern showers for men and women - just bring your towel and feel right at home.

Do I need special clothing/equipment?

Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing is ideal.

Shoes off, socks on

Élysio is a shoe-free space — for your wellbeing and caring togetherness. Please wear suitable socks, ideally non-slip, during your reformer session. You are welcome to train barefoot or with socks on the mat. You can buy anti-slip socks in our studio.

Where can I park?

The Obere Hasenberggarage is just around the corner (Rotebühlstraße 169, 70197 Stuttgart) and offers around 70 parking spaces. You can easily get a parking ticket there. The first 30 minutes are free, then every additional half hour costs just €0.60.

Which course is right for me?

Each course on our curriculum is described in detail, giving you a good overview of which is best for you. However, we recommend that you start with our Pre Basic course. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the devices better and we get to know you. It is ideal if you attend the Pre Basic course at least three times in order to build a solid foundation for further courses.

How early should I be there before the course starts?

Please be there at least 15 minutes before the course starts. This allows you to check in relaxed, prepare yourself and arrive without the hassle. Late admission is unfortunately not possible.

I'm new what do I have to consider?

If this is your first time with us, feel free to get in touch with us in advance. We'll show you everything on site, answer questions and help you get started.

What is a credit and how does it work?

A credit is a booking unit for our courses. Depending on the type of course, you need 5 credits for a reformer lesson and 3 credits for a matte course.

How long are credits valid?

Credits are valid for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, depending on the purchase. 'Drop‑ins' are always valid for 3 months.

Can I also buy credits locally?

Yes - simply directly via our team in the studio.

Do you offer vouchers?

Yes! You can purchase vouchers for courses or credits in our studio or online - as a gift or small gift.

How can I redeem a voucher?

You can enter your voucher code online when booking or redeem it directly in the studio.

How long in advance can I cancel a course?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the course starts.

What happens to my credits if I cancel too late or don't show up?

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the course or if you do not show up, your credit will unfortunately expire. We ask for your understanding.

Are you pregnant?

🤍 Please talk to us before you book. From the second trimester, we do not recommend reformer classes or courses in the heated mat room. Participation is only possible with the consent of your doctor. We are happy to advise you and find suitable, safe courses for you.

Do you have pre-existing conditions or health restrictions?

Please let us know before the lesson. It is very important for us that we are informed about any health restrictions in order to guide you through training in the best possible and safe way. Your health comes first and we want to make sure that you feel comfortable taking our classes and that the exercises are right for you.
